Under this Agreement, we continuously follow all the legal procedures  and needs of our legal entity clients from A to Z in the related year.

In this direction; besides following all the cases which our legal entity clients are a party, our Law Office provides legal counselling services in every area that they require such as managing their receivables and payables according to their activities in the commercial area, preparing all the necessary agreements both in the national and international area, managing the relation of their personnel arising from their internal affairs, following up the processes to protect the value of their trademarks, protecting personal data which was obtained from a natural person, following the procedures and the cases in the taxative and administrative areas etc. As part of our legal consultancy services; we take all the necessary steps to settle a dispute that is under our jurisdiction prior to a legal action, and we manage our legal entity clients’ internal and external affairs to protect them efficiently against all disputes arising from legal-criminal-administrative areas.
